Darren is the founder of Transform8tion and has worked in the IT industry for more than two decades. Previously working for one of Microsoft’s largest global solution providers, he was the Global Account Manager for two of the world’s largest manufacturing companies, advising on how to optimise their Microsoft investments and transition from the on-premise world to the consumption of services in the cloud.
Moving into a sales leadership role, he was responsible for shaping the work dynamics to enabling an inclusive and diverse culture to driving profitability and sustainable growth. Other responsibilities included, setting business strategy and direction, allocating pre-sales resources, empowering managers, and overseeing local and European supply chains.
